Delegate Ellington moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

A Bill to amend and reenact §18-8-1a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to compulsory school attendance; removing references to Hope Scholarship kindergarten program and Hope Scholarship program transcripts or credentials; and providing that transcripts or credentials of microschool programs to be accepted as record of student's previous performance for placement and credit assignment.
